In the works for almost a year, our largest web project was launched late in 2009. Conceived by Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, the site was delivered in collaboration with back-end partners Eservices Web. We worked closely with the project team and client to design and develop an array of powerful front-end tools using Flash, JavaScript and Ajax. Eservices Web delivered a powerful back-end via Umbraco CMS and some legacy and proprietary third-party tools.
Our challenge was to deliver a world class business tool which provides a range of engagement tools to convert brand preference to purchase. To help meet this challenge the website is split into three primary sections including:
- Consumers – tools and information to help educate and inspire prospective consumers.
- Applicators – educate and add value to tradespersons and other industry members looking for product information.
- Specifiers – educate and inspire architects and designers by providing a specification service to help achieve their vision.
